It was a beautiful, sunny Saturday in Northern Colorado. The temperature today will be a balmy 69 degrees. What a perfect day for senior photos in the snow. This particular senior session really was a special one. It was for our first born. Our son who fast track his junior and senior year of high school to graduate a WHOLE YEAR EARLY! Why you ask? Because he took a leap and joined the United States Navy to fulfill his childhood dream to be in the military! He has a serving heart and will go far in this life. So to serve him well we picked his dream spot for his senior photos, THE MOUNTAINS. Zack has always loved the mountains and snow, so what better way to serve that love than to take him to Rocky Mountain National Park. As we drive toward the mountains on this beautiful warm day we feared the worst…no snow. As we started our ascent into the mountains we were not disappointed as we found our illusive snow. It only took 45 minutes and over 7,000 feet in elevation, but it was found. Now, was the time to make our boy shine. What better way to celebrate this wonderful young man with a serving heart? With snow, the warm sun, delicious smelling lodge pole pine and his trusty sidekick Milo. We spent our time shooting this young man in his mountains with his puppy, who he was entrusting us to take care of while he is away. What better item to send this young man to bootcamp with? A picture of his trusty sidekick, Milo…
Zackerie, it was an honor to take your senior photos. It’s an even bigger honor being your parents. We are so proud of the young man you are becoming. You have such honor, integrity and courage. Thank you for being the best you we could ever ask for. Thank you for the years of laughs, loves and smiles. Thank you for your service!
We love you and look forward to seeing what the future holds for you! We are truly proud of you son!
